Prompts are the foundation of Attensira. They’re the conversational questions that real users ask AI tools about your industry — and the queries we run to measure your visibility.
Unlike traditional search keywords, prompts are full conversational questions. This matches how people actually talk to AI tools.

What makes a good prompt

Using prompt suggestions

How prompt suggestions work

Attensira analyzes multiple signals to generate relevant suggestions:

Industry analysis

Types of suggestions

Industry suggestions — Common queries in your product category:
“What’s the best [category] for small teams?” Why: High-volume query in your industry with strong competitor activity
Competitor-based suggestions — Queries where your competitors are getting visibility:
“How does [Competitor A] compare to [Competitor B]?” Why: Your competitors appear in this query — you should monitor it
Gap suggestions — Queries where you should appear but currently don’t:
“Best [category] with [feature you have]?” Why: You have this feature but aren’t getting visibility for it
Trending suggestions — Emerging queries gaining traction:
“Best AI-powered [category] tools” Why: This query has grown 150% in the last 30 days

Managing suggestions

  • “What prompts should I add for enterprise customers?”
  • “Which of my prompts have the lowest share of voice?”
  • “Suggest prompts for my industry”
  • “Why is this prompt being suggested?”
  • “What trending prompts should I enable?”

Understanding response usage

Your plan includes a monthly response allowance. Understanding how responses are calculated helps you use your credits efficiently.

How responses are calculated

Each prompt you track consumes responses based on:
Responses per month = Prompts × Locations × Models × 30 (daily updates)
Example:
  • 1 prompt with 1 location and 1 model = 30 responses/month
  • 1 prompt with 2 locations and 1 model = 60 responses/month
  • 1 prompt with 2 locations and 2 models = 120 responses/month
Response usage adds up quickly. A single prompt tracked across 3 locations and 2 models uses 180 responses per month.

Improvements add to usage

When you enable Improvements on a prompt, we run deeper analysis to generate optimization suggestions. This uses additional responses. Only enable improvements for prompts you’re actively working to optimize — not for all prompts you’re tracking.

Best practices for managing usage

  • Track what matters — Only monitor prompts that are strategically important
  • Use defaults wisely — Set sensible default locations and models in Settings
  • Delete when done — Once you’ve extracted value from a prompt, remove it to free up responses
  • Prioritize improvements — You might track 100 prompts but only need improvements on 10

Prompt limits and plans

Your Attensira plan determines your monthly response allowance:
