The Tags tab lets you create and manage tags for organizing your prompts into meaningful categories.

What are tags?

Tags are labels you can apply to prompts to categorize them by topic, priority, funnel stage, audience, or any other dimension that makes sense for your business.

Why use tags?

Tags enable powerful organization and analysis:
  • Filter results to focus on specific prompt categories
  • Compare performance across different tag groups
  • Generate reports for stakeholders on specific segments
  • Manage prompts in logical, easy-to-navigate groups

Managing tags

From this tab you can:
  • Create new tags with custom names and colors
  • Edit existing tags to update names or descriptions
  • Delete tags that are no longer needed
  • View tag usage to see how many prompts use each tag
Use consistent naming conventions across your tags. Choose lowercase with hyphens (e.g., high-priority) or title case (e.g., High Priority) and stick with it.
