The Personas tab lets you create and manage user personas to understand how AI responds differently to various audience segments.
Personas Settings

What is a persona?

A persona represents a specific type of user who might ask AI questions about your product or service. Different personas get different AI responses based on their context. For example:
  • A startup founder asking about CRM tools gets recommendations focused on ease of use and price
  • An enterprise buyer asking the same question gets responses emphasizing security and compliance

Why use personas?

Personas help you understand how your brand visibility varies across different audience segments. This enables you to:
  • Identify gaps where certain audiences don’t see your brand
  • Optimize content for specific user types
  • Track performance across your target market segments

Managing personas

From this tab you can:
  • Add new personas with detailed demographic and behavioral attributes
  • Edit existing personas to refine their characteristics
  • Delete personas that are no longer relevant
  • Use templates to quickly create common persona types
Start with 2-3 personas representing your primary and secondary audiences. You can always add more as you refine your strategy.
