The sidebar

The dashboard has one sidebar. At the top is the brand switcher: the brand (workspace) every screen is about, shown by its domain. Its menu switches brand, adds one (Add a brand), and opens All workspaces, the overview of every workspace in your organisation (see Clients). When you belong to an organisation, the same menu switches, manages and creates organisations. Under it, four rows:
  • New chat: where you land, at /. Cmd-N (Ctrl-N) opens it from anywhere.
  • Search: opens the command menu. Cmd-K (Ctrl-K) does the same from anywhere.
  • Deliverables: every article, page change and post the agents made, where it lives and what it did.
  • Customize: what the agents work with, as tabs: Connectors, Skills, Guardrails, Agents and Company.
Each row has an icon beside its label, and the two rows that are also keys show them: ⌘N and ⌘K on a Mac, Ctrl N and Ctrl K elsewhere. Then your chats: pinned ones first, then the most recent, and All chats for the rest (/s). Cmd-N (Ctrl-N) starts a new one from anywhere. There is no Analytics row. How each engine answers your questions is the Scoreboard: the first tab of the right panel in a thread, and a page of its own at /scoreboard. Search for Scoreboard in the command menu to open it over 30, 7 or 90 days. For any other cut, ask in New chat: the agent answers with analysis cards drawn from the same data. The /analytics/* addresses no longer open a page.
Older addresses still work. /knowledge opens Customize on Company, and /plugins opens it on Connectors.

The top bar

The bar above every screen stays put while the page scrolls under it. Left to right:
  • Search, the same command menu as the sidebar row.
  • Inbox, with a badge counting what is waiting on you. It opens the queue. It counts decisions, not rows: seven runs stuck on one missing connection are one thing to do, and count as one. Chats paused on a question for you count too. The badge turns amber once the oldest item has waited more than three days, and hovering it says how long, for example “4 things waiting on you, oldest waiting 5 days”. See Inbox.
  • Spend: this month’s spend against your budget. It opens Settings → Money (see Costs).
  • Usage: your credit balance, and on wider screens the prompts you track and the responses read this month. Open it for those against your plan’s limits, Buy credits, and Upgrade. It turns amber when the balance is low or a plan limit is used up. See Credits and Plans.
  • Settings, the gear.
  • Your account: Settings, Billing, Help & support, Docs, and Sign out.
On a phone, the sidebar opens from the menu button at the left of the bar, Search shrinks to its icon, and Settings is in the account menu.

Where you land

Signed in, / is New chat, in the thread view: the box that starts a new chat at the top, and today’s thread under it: what needs you (live, answerable in place), a win nobody has seen yet, how you are doing over the last 30 days, why you’re losing, and the morning brief. The tab says New chat · Attensira. The rail beside it has Search, the queue (Needs you and Running), the Scoreboard and its readings, your missions, your threads and the Brand Book. Another screen can hand New chat a question without sending it. A link such as Fix or an improve menu opens /?ask=…, and the question waits in the box for you to read, edit and send. Sending it starts a new chat. There is no separate Home page any more. What it held moved:
  • What needs you is on New chat, under the box: the Inbox’s three leading decisions, answerable in place, and in full in the queue at /inbox.
  • The results line (named in X% of AI answers, the unbranded share, answers read, changes ready to publish, new wins) and why you’re losing are on New chat, under Needs you. Each number opens the Scoreboard or Deliverables.
  • A new win shows on New chat as well as at the end of a project’s feed.
  • Starting something new: press Cmd-N (Ctrl-N) from anywhere, or pick New chat in the rail or the command menu. Most browsers keep Cmd-N / Ctrl-N for a new window in an ordinary tab and don’t pass it to the page; there, Cmd-Shift-O (Ctrl-Shift-O) does the same. New chat opens with the box empty and the cursor in it, even if you had a draft there; what you send starts a new chat. The box does everything described in Chats.

After checkout

Returning from a cancelled checkout lands on one page, Checkout cancelled, with a button back to New chat. Nothing was charged. Returning from buying a plan lands on a page that waits for the plan to go live, then opens the app.
