An agency runs each client as a workspace in one org. The agents do the work in every workspace the same way they do for a single brand. This section covers what is different when the brand is not yours: what your client sees, what they can approve, what you send them, and what you bill them.

What your client sees

Your client never needs an Attensira account. Everything they open is a link you sent them:
  • Shared pages at /r/<token>: client reports, receipts and rewrites. Each carries your branding.
  • The client reviewer link, one per workspace, where they approve or decline the changes waiting for their yes. See Client reviewer link.
  • A prospect audit at /r/audit/<share_token>, with its Download PDF link.
With a custom domain, every one of these opens on your host instead of ours. With white label on, none of them names Attensira: not the page, the tab title, the icon, the link preview or the PDF. Your client cannot open the dashboard, settings, billing, analytics or any other client’s workspace through any of these links. Rotate on the workspace’s shared receipt link stops every link that workspace has shared at once (not prospect audit links, which belong to the account, not a workspace).

What you send them

  • Links you copy from the dashboard: a report, the reviewer link, a prospect audit.
  • PDFs: a client report or a prospect audit, from the Download PDF link on its page. The PDF is the page printed on white paper with your branding.
  • Report emails: a client report can be emailed to up to 10 addresses per workspace, on its schedule or when you press Make one now. Each email has an unsubscribe link. See Email delivery.

What you bill them

Attensira bills your org, not your clients. Every client workspace draws on the org’s one plan: its prompt slots, responses and credits are shared across all of them, and no plan limits client workspaces. See Plans. An agency starts self-serve, like anyone else: sign up, then choose Business under Settings → Billing for white label. There is no sales step and no call to book. To rebill, Settings → Agency lists one statement per client workspace for a month, priced at the rate you set for that client, with Download CSV. Statements are read-only: Attensira does not invoice, charge or collect from your clients. You send the invoice from your own tools. See Monthly statements.

What is not part of it

So nobody is told otherwise:
  • No invoicing for you. There is no Stripe or other payment connection that bills your clients on your behalf. The statements CSV is the rebilling output.
  • No partner or affiliate program. There are no partner accounts, commissions or payouts. The only referral offer is give a month, get a month, and it is the same for every org.
  • No bulk-job framework. Approving across workspaces on Clients approves each selected change one by one, under that workspace’s own rules. There is no approve-by-filter and no bulk run across workspaces. An agent that wants to act on many workspaces calls the same per-workspace MCP tools or REST endpoints for each one.

Over MCP and REST

Each page above ends with its own Over the API section. In short:
  • Branding, the custom domain, client reviewer links and statements are dashboard settings, on the /v1/org/... and /v1/projects/{id}/reviewer-link routes behind a signed-in session. They are not available with an API key or over MCP: they change how your agency presents itself and bills, which is a person’s decision, not an agent’s.
  • Client reports are get_report over MCP and GET /v1/reports/latest.
  • Prospect audits are list, get and act with convert over MCP, and /v1/prospect_audits over REST. Starting one is REST only for now.
  • The Attensira Index is a keyless public API at https://marketing.attensira.com/v1/public/index.
