A client report is one page that says, for a closed period, what the answers said, what we did, and what we can prove it did. It is built for forwarding to a client or a boss without editing.

What a report covers

A report covers the last complete period: The period is counted in UTC days. A scheduled report picks the period that just ended by the automation’s own time zone, so a Monday-morning report in Sydney reports the week that ended there on Sunday.

What is on it

  • Visibility per engine, as “X of N answers”. When only one answer was read it says “read once”. Never a percentage, and never a comparison with the previous period.
  • Work shipped, waiting and failed, from the action log.
  • Before-and-after re-read verdicts. This is the only section where movement language appears.
  • Deciding sources: up to 5.
  • Competitors, counted over the same answers as your own visibility.
  • Next steps: up to 3, from the win plan.
  • The agent’s words: a summary, highlights, the next period, and notes.
The numbers come from the workspace’s data for the closed period. The agent writes only the words, and a sentence claiming movement or giving a percentage is refused unless a re-read proved it. A section that could not be read is named on the report under Not read for this report, rather than left out. Publishing the same period again replaces its words and keeps its link.

Your reporting standard

The business profile has a Reporting group with one free-text field, Reporting standard: the tone, who reads the report, words to avoid. Every client report follows it and stores a copy of the standard it was written under. It never overrides the rules above: no percentages, and no movement that was not proven.

Making reports

Three automation templates publish them on a schedule: Monthly and quarterly automations run at the automation’s local time. A missed run catches up later in the same period. The existing Write the quarter in review template is now quarterly instead of manual. A report can also be made by hand with Make one now under Results → Client reports, or asked for in a chat. The automation needs the Publish the client report tool group in its allowlist. See The agent’s tools.

Sharing

Each report has a signed link at app.attensira.com/r/report/<token> that opens without an account.
  • The link lasts 180 days.
  • It is revoked by rotating the workspace’s receipt link (Rotate on the receipt). One secret covers every link the workspace has shared, so rotating stops all of them at once.
  • The page prints to PDF.
  • It carries your org’s branding. Under white label it does not name Attensira.

Email delivery

Set the recipients under Results → Client reports: at most 10 addresses. Empty means the workspace owner.
  • Email each scheduled report switches off email for scheduled reports only.
  • A scheduled report automation emails each period once, even if the period is republished.
  • Make one now with Email it to the recipients ticked always sends a new email.
  • A report published from a chat is not emailed.
Every report email has an unsubscribe link for the client report notification category. Unsubscribing stops client report emails for the whole workspace, not only for the recipient who clicked.

Over the API

The dashboard reads and publishes reports through its /v2 report routes. A shared report’s data is readable without an account at GET /v1/report/{token}, with the token as the only credential.
