## Delete Project

Permanently delete your project and all associated data.

<Warning>
  This action is **irreversible**. Once deleted, your project cannot be recovered.
</Warning>

### What gets deleted

When you delete a project, the following is permanently removed:

* **All prompts** — Every prompt you've created and all tracking history
* **All pages** — Your entire page monitoring setup and historical data
* **All analytics** — Rankings, visibility scores, trends, everything
* **All settings** — Your configuration, integrations, and preferences
* **All competitor data** — Benchmarking history and comparisons

### What does NOT happen

<Warning>
  **Deleting a project does NOT cancel your subscription.**

  You will continue to be charged until you cancel your plan separately. If you want to stop billing entirely, you must cancel your subscription in the [Billing](/settings/billing) tab before or after deleting the project.
</Warning>

### Before you delete

Ask yourself:

1. **Do you want to cancel billing?** — Delete the project, then cancel your subscription in Billing
2. **Do you want to start fresh?** — Consider creating a new project instead of deleting
3. **Do you need to export data?** — There's no export after deletion, so save anything important first

### How to delete

1. Navigate to **Settings → Danger Zone**
2. Click **Delete Project**
3. Type the project name to confirm
4. Click **Delete** to permanently remove the project

<Note>
  You may be asked to confirm your password or re-authenticate before the deletion is processed.
</Note>
