# Email notifications

> What Attensira emails you about, and how to turn any category off without turning off the rest.

## What we email you about

Email is on by default for every workspace, grouped into six categories:

| Category | What it covers |
| ---------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Onboarding | A welcome email, and a note when your [first reading](/start/first-reading) is ready |
| Brief | The [morning brief](/agent/morning-brief), at 07:00 in your workspace's own time zone |
| Attention | Something in your [Inbox](/agent/inbox) has gone unseen for 24 hours, or an approval expires in 2 days |
| Runs | An [automation](/agent/automations) failed or paused |
| Credits | Your workspace has 20% of its credits left, or none left |
| Account | Your workspace's [approval mode](/agent/approval) was moved to Draft; this category cannot be unsubscribed from |

## Unsubscribing

Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link for its own category, and only that category — turning off Runs emails does not touch Credits or Attention.

The link opens a page with a confirm button. Opening the link alone does not unsubscribe you; nothing changes until you press confirm on that page.

Account email cannot be unsubscribed from. It only ever fires for changes that affect what the agent is allowed to do without you, and we treat that as something every workspace owner needs to see.

## If mail to you starts bouncing

A bounced delivery or a complaint marks your address undeliverable, and the app shows a banner until it is fixed. We do not keep retrying a broken address, and we do not silently drop you off the list either — the banner is there so you notice and correct it.

## What we never email

Attensira never sends anything outreach-related on your behalf. When the agent drafts outreach, it creates the draft in your own Gmail or Outlook — see [Inbox](/agent/inbox) — so what goes out to a third party goes out from your account, under your review, never ours.
